**Dyr BIG is available for display in Cumberland. Please contact me if you are interested in having Dyr on display**
Dyr the BIG is done except for his tail. Dyr is made of wood threaded on a steel rod. Dyr breaks down completely and only took about 15 minutes to assemble.
I lived out west for 5 years and every year about 300 head of cattle were driven up into the canyon at the end of our road in the spring and driven down from the canyon to go to market in the fall. Dyr reminds me of those cattle drives. The raw wood is stamped from the lumber yard and it reminded me of the brands on the cattle. Dyr has many 'legs' because when the cattle are racing past the house all you seem to see is legs. I lived on a long road with quite a few houses and everyone would stand in their yards to whoop the cattle along so they would stay on the road and not tear up our yards. Because the ranchers were modern cowpokes, while most of them rode horses, a few rode ATVs to round up strays. Of course, a supply of Blue Healers (cattle dogs) were on hand to keep the cows in line. Good times!.
